You define the list of computer, A/V, and other items to be made available to each speaker. They request what they want or need. You may require credit card billing as part of the request process, or use the integrated reporting to address each request separately. The overall conference agenda is the first place attendees look when it comes time to book flights and hotels. The EventPoint Event Agenda Manager tool provides administrators with a web-based grid to create and edit high-level agenda items in real-time. Agenda items may then be published to the public agenda for attendees, or tracked as "internal-only" agenda items. The tool may be used to create role-based custom agendas as well.

The EventPoint Mass Emailing Manager tool makes it easy to send email in bulk to attendees, speakers, administrators, or any other set of users within an EventPoint system deployment. Use the Email Communications tool to customize a plain text or HTML email, add attachments, and keep a log of to whom the mail was sent. The entire process is web-based, empowering the administrative user to send email blasts.


The EventPoint User Management tool makes it easy to edit user details, send bulk emails, track a communications history, view user schedules, and create tailored reports summarizing these details. The ability to "Login as this User" greatly reduces the amount of time required when supporting users. The role-based management of users allows event administrators to create custom user portals and document repositories based on individual attendee or other user role types. A web-based Master/Detail view of all users provides a simple interface for managing user details. The user fields tracked are fully customizable.

The User Manager tool integrates with all 3rd party registration solutions, either via standard web services or via bulk data imports from Excel. Event administrators have the option of deploying the user Profile Editor as well to allow users to update their own data. The event administrator decides which fields to deploy, enable, and disable. This is a valuable tool for collecting confidential user information, biographies, or other user information directly from users.


The EventPoint Website Content Manager tool allows event administrators and planners to build and publish custom web pages through a simple WYSIWYG (“What You See Is What You Get”) interface. The tools require no HTML or programming knowledge. Using the Website Content Manager tool is as simple as using a word-processor. The planner simply clicks a button to create a new page, edits the content within the page, and selects which roles should be able to view the page. The abilities to upload images and create external hyperlinks enhance the tools for advanced users.
